​BiomassProtein™ and soy has a similar amino acid profile, and is therefore a valid replacement for soy.

Producing soy is often criticized for (a) slashing the rainforest, (b) requiring too much water to grow and (c) huge and non-sustainable transportation cost. 

BiomassProtein™ grass plant protein can be extracted locally (right next to where it is needed) and is therefore a sustainable source of plant protein.
